Hills & Dales Healthcare is Expanding to Bad Axe!

You have asked, and we have answered. Hills & Dales Healthcare is expanding to Bad Axe! The new clinic is set to open on Monday, August 7^th.

The new clinic name is Hills & Dales at Bad Axe, located at 684 N. Port Crescent Street, Bad Axe. It is located right across the road from the Independent Bank. The clinic will be open Monday – Friday.

At our new clinic, we are excited to have two new providers, Dr. Jamie & Henry Kozdron, who will be the primary providers out of this location. Both providers are specialized in Family Medicine. We are excited to have the husband-and-wife duo on our Hills & Dales medical team.

Hills & Dales at Bad Axe is set to open on August 7th, and both providers will start seeing patients on this day. An open house will take place in the middle of August for patients to meet the new providers and tour the location.
