What We Can Provide At Northwood Meadows
Northwood Meadows is located in Cass City, Michigan just minutes away from downtown dining, shopping, and activities. At Northwood Meadows, we provide assisted living and memory and/or medical care for seniors. We have trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist in the care and needs of you or your loved one. We also have an LPN available throughout the week to help answer any questions regarding your loved one’s medical care. Northwood Meadows is a part of Hills and Dales Healthcare, which means that residents can have access to a provider who can come on-site to see them when available. We also provide residents with the option of getting their medications filled and delivered through Hospital Drive Pharmacy at Hills and Dales.
We pride ourselves in giving exceptional care to our residents and making you and your loved one feel as if they are a part of our family. We do our best to make sure that our community feels like home to all our residents.
Assisted Living
Our assisted living community is an excellent option for those who are looking for independent living with some assistance with daily activities. We provide care and assistance in daily activities, medication management, three meals a day with snacks available all day, and daily life enrichment programs.
We offer studio and one-bedroom suites specially designed for senior living. Each apartment has a private bath, large walk-in closet, kitchenette, and outdoor patio. We also have a large community area with a TV and seating. Residents can enjoy the outdoors by taking a leisurely stroll on our walking paths and watching all the wildlife that come to visit. There is also a covered gazebo where residents can sit with loved ones or each other to visit.
Medical and Memory Care
Our medical and memory care community provides care to those with mild to moderate memory loss and/or those who require 24-hour care.
The rooms that we offer are cozy and private, including a bathroom and large closet. On our memory and medical care wing, we have a community room with a TV and seating, as well as a gated and locked large outdoor patio area that includes a garden.
Short-Term Care
If you or a loved one need short-term care, we offer this service to those who are a caregiver and are in need of someone to look after their loved one or a person who needs temporary care during their recovery or healing process. This service is offered in our Assisted Living community and may be provided in our Memory and Medical care community as well, if available. You or your loved one will receive the same care and services that are given to our permanent residents. Rooms are private and fully furnished.
