Hills & Dales Continues to Fundraise for Northwood Meadows

Hills & Dales Healthcare launched a fundraising campaign for Northwood Meadows early this year. With the generous support of many people, we have collected over $218,000 in donations. With these funds, we have completed many important projects at Northwood Meadows, including the installation of a new roof, the purchase of new furniture and fixtures in the common areas, fresh paint throughout portions of the facility, two new hardtop gazebos for the outdoor patio, and currently, we have started the remodel of the shower rooms.

The goal of the fundraising campaign is to raise one million dollars. All the dollars raised will be used to make improvements at Northwood Meadows. This facility has been in the Cass City Community for over 20 years, providing quality care to loved ones and family members. The improvements being made will ensure that the facility is part of our community for years to come.
