Hills & Dales Healthcare Welcomes Tammy Jurgess, Nurse Practitioner

Hills & Dales Healthcare is pleased to welcome Tammy Jurgess, Family Nurse Practitioner, to Millwood Street Primary Care. Working alongside Dr. Babiker, Tammy will start seeing patients on April 3rd.

Tammy earned her Master’s Degree in Science/ Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) from Spring Arbor University in 2019. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Tammy was a registered nurse for over 30 years, and she gained a vast background in emergency and primary care. More recently, she has been working as a full-time nurse practitioner in neurology and pediatrics in Bad Axe since January 2020. Tammy brings this experience to Hills & Dales and is currently accepting new patients!

Tammy stated, “I am very excited to be joining Hills & Dales and I look forward to meeting new patients in the Cass City community!”
