Hills & Dales Welcomes New Cardiologist

Hills & Dales Healthcare is excited to welcome Dr. Syed Jafri, a non-invasive cardiologist, to their medical staff team. Dr. Jafri will begin seeing patients at Hills & Dales’s Cardiology Clinic on January 8.

Dr. Jafri was born and raised in the metro Detroit area. He is board-certified in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Nuclear Cardiology and has passed his Echocardiography boards. He is a Nova Southeastern University of Osteopathic Medicine graduate in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He completed his cardiology residency in 2018 and has worked at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit since 2018. Dr. Jafri is joining Hills & Dales with over five years of cardiology experience, where he specialized in cardiovascular medicine, focusing on preventive medicine.

Hills & Dales Cardiology Clinic will be located at 4675 Hill Street in Cass City. The entrance is located on the west side of the hospital (or at the back of the hospital). The clinic will be open Monday-Friday.
