Hills & Dales Foundation 22nd Winter Fundraiser

Hills & Dales Foundation hosted their 22nd Annual Winter Fundraising Event at Beagio’s in Kingston on February 4th. The event included dueling pianos, silent auction, live auction, 50/50 raffle, and much more!

The Foundation had remarkable support from the community, with over 230 people in attendance. They also received numerous individual & business sponsorships and donations, helping them raise just over $42,000 for the Foundation. Foundation Director, Stephanie Langenburg said, “This was such a fun event! It was a relaxed and entertaining evening. It is always a nice way to break up the winter. We are truly blessed to have such a supportive community and we are already looking forward to next year’s event!”

At the fundraising event, the Foundation rolled out a new campaign called Building for our Future: The Campaign for Northwood Meadows. The campaign will raise money for Northwood Meadows to renovate, modernize, and enhance the amenities. Some of the projects are to include: a complete renovation of residential facilities, allocating space for a senior-friendly fitness center, remodeling shower rooms in the medical unit including handicap accessible jacuzzi tubs, new furniture and fixtures in common areas, and upgrading technology. The goal of this campaign is to raise $1 million dollars for Northwood Meadows. All the money that was raised at the Winter Fundraiser was put towards this campaign.
