Hills & Dales Wound Care Clinic has moved!

We are writing this to share some very exciting news with you: Hills & Dales Wound Care Clinic has moved! The clinic has moved to the main hospital at the back of the building (the same entrance as our Infusion & Oncology Center). A map is attached below to show our new location.

The Wound Care clinic will have a new registration/check-in area which will be located in our Infusion & Oncology Center. The new clinic will provide more opportunities for our patients to be seen faster and in a private setting. Our staff will be working diligently to make sure you are aware of where our new location is before your appointment. Providing quality care for you is our top priority, and having this new space will allow us to do just that.

With the clinic moving to a new location, this has allowed us to extend our hours for the Wound Care clinic! The Wound Care clinic will now be open on Mondays & Wednesdays from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm starting on June 1st.
