Hills & Dales General Hospital offers a wide array of Outpatient Services.  Our staff is highly trained and certified.  Our technology is the most up to date available.  We are ready to take care of any healthcare need that may arise.

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

We have 3 Rehabilitation Centers to serve your needs.  Located in Cass City, Caro, and Ubly, our staff has years of experience helping patients get back on their feet.  We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Oncology Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, Jobsite Assessments, and much more.  We also have staff who will work along side any patients who are spending time on the Medical/Surgical Floor at Hills & Dales.  We pride ourselves in having great staff members who are dedicated to assisting our patients with their goals.


Our Radiology Department is staffed with certified and highly trained employees who are ready to serve your needs.  From mammography to CT Scans and much more, we offer the latest technology to take care of you in a professional and efficient manner.  To learn more about our Radiology Department, click on Radiology above.


The Hills & Dales Laboratory Department is available 24 hours a day to serve the needs of our patients.  We offer many of the most common lab tests ordered by physicians, which can be completed in house.  We also offer a full menu of more specialized lab testing that can be sent out.  Additionally, we support the ER, Medical/Surgical Floor, and Surgery Department.

DOT Physicals

We offer DOT Physicals in three of our Physician Offices, as well as our Extended Hours Clinic.

Cardiac Rehabilitation

Cardiac Rehabilitation is a medically supervised outpatient program that provides education, monitored exercise, guidance, and support to help you manage your heart condition and return to normal activities.

The program is supervised by a physician and led by a certified exercise physiologist trained in cardiac rehabilitation. Participants work with staff to develop an individualized treatment plan, which includes evaluation and instruction on physical activity, nutrition, stress management, and other health related areas, to determine a safe and optimal exercise program and set their goals.

Hospital Drive Pharmacy opened in the Spring of 2014.  Providing quality customer service in a timely manner is what the staff strives to do each day.  Working closely with physicians, the staff is happy to answer any questions you have about your prescriptions.  You can also use the drive thru window for a quick pick up.
